Cultivate is Central’s adult discipleship ministry, designed to help you dig deeper into God’s Word, grow in your relationship with Christ, and apply biblical truth to everyday life. Through practical teaching, topical Bible studies, and meaningful guidance, Cultivate provides opportunities to grow in faith, strengthen relationships, and navigate every season of life with a biblical perspective.

Cultivate explores how Scripture speaks to the questions, relationships, and challenges we face in everyday life. Studies and discipleship opportunities may address topics such as:

• Marriage and family relationships, including parenting and parenting adult children
• Biblical stewardship and financial responsibility
• Mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being
• Senior adult ministry and the unique needs of later seasons of life

Cultivate also provides opportunities for pastoral guidance and encouragement, helping individuals and families explore how biblical truth applies to the challenges they face.

Cultivate is led by Executive Pastor Kevin Youngstrom, who is passionate about helping people understand God’s Word and live it out in their everyday lives. Kevin develops and leads topical studies that connect biblical principles with real-life experiences, offering practical insight and guidance for individuals and families. As part of his pastoral ministry, he also provides biblical encouragement and pastoral guidance to help people navigate life’s challenges and grow in their relationships with Christ and others.
