Senior Pastor
David Hardwick
Our Senior Pastor serves as the primary spiritual leader of Central Baptist Church, providing biblical teaching, pastoral care, and vision for the congregation. Through preaching, discipleship, prayer, and leadership, he works to help people of all ages grow in their relationship with Christ and apply God’s Word to their daily lives. He also partners with church staff, ministry leaders, and members to advance the church’s mission of loving God, loving people, and making disciples of Jesus Christ.
Executive/Senior Adult Pastor
Kevin Youngstrom
Our Executive/Senior Adult Pastor provides operational leadership and ministry support that helps the church fulfill its mission and vision. Working closely with the Senior Pastor, church staff, and ministry leaders, he helps coordinate ministry efforts, manage resources, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. His goal is to create an environment where ministries can thrive and where people can be equipped to serve Christ and others with excellence.
Next Gen Pastor
JD Hardwick
Our Next Gen Pastor provides leadership for the ministries that serve children, students, and families. Through discipleship, teaching, mentorship, and volunteer development, he helps create a strong foundation of faith for the next generation. By partnering with parents and church leaders, he works to ensure that children and students are encouraged, supported, and equipped to grow in their relationship with Christ throughout every stage of life.
Worship Ministry Leaders
DeeDee Griesheim | Worship Leader
Our Worship Leader provides spiritual and creative leadership for the worship ministry of Central Baptist Church. By planning worship services, coordinating worship teams, and working alongside pastoral staff, she helps create opportunities for the congregation to encounter God through worship. Her desire is to lead people in authentic, Christ-centered worship that encourages spiritual growth and draws hearts closer to the Lord.
Jeremy Head | Music Director
Our Music Director oversees and supports the musicians who serve in worship services, helping prepare music, coordinate rehearsals, and develop team members both musically and spiritually. Through servant leadership and a commitment to excellence, he helps create an environment where worship can flourish and where people are encouraged to glorify God through praise and music.
Financial Administrator
Linda Carrell
Our Financial Administrator plays an important role in supporting the ministries and mission of Central Baptist Church through faithful stewardship and financial oversight. By managing financial records, assisting with budgeting, and helping ensure resources are used wisely, this role helps maintain integrity, accountability, and excellence in the church’s day-to-day operations while supporting the mission of sharing the Gospel and serving others.
